Delivery fees

FREE shipping for orders over £850 / 990€ / $1070

For customers outside the UK, please note that item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes.

For orders under £850 / 990€ / $1070 the following charges apply:

  • UK: £5 (1-2 working days)
  • EU: 30€ (3-5 working days)
  • US & Canada: $35 (3-5 working days)
  • Rest of the World: £45 (5-8 working days)

When placing your order, please ensure all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.

All prices quoted on the website will be in £ GBP, € EUR or $USD. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. All of our delivery windows are estimates only and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please note that in certain areas of the UK and Europe, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

Duties & Taxes

For customers outside the UK, please note that item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any local import duties and taxes.

These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. The custom clearance process varies significantly from country to country, so we advise that you check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. Please note that in case you refuse delivery of your order and your local customs authority applies any duties or taxes, these will be deducted from your refund.
From 01/01/2021, EU customers purchasing UK originating goods are subject to import duty and VAT.


Please note that for orders over 1000€, customers with deliveries in Greece will have to issue an import/export EORI number at their local municipality.

Effective March 1, 2023, shipments to the following European Union countries, (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Lithuania, and Romania), require the customer to register and/or provide their EORI number at the time of customs clearance for business-to-consumer orders. In order to obtain an EORI number, the customer must submit or send by e-mail to the competent Customs Authorities, an Application/Declaration. For further information, please check with your country’s customs office.

Returns

We offer FREE UK returns and collection at your doorstep by our courier, for orders above £850.

For international orders, items on sale and any UK orders under £850, the following return fees apply:

UK: £5 

Europe: £30

US & Canada: $35

Rest of World: £45

Please be advised, we do not accept returns for pre-orders, custom or bespoke items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that in case you refuse delivery of your order and your local customs authority applies any duties or taxes, these will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Please notify us via email of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for all items. Returns received outside of this window or without notification may be rejected by our team. To arrange a return, please:

  • Notify our team via email of your intent to return by emailing us at customercare@marykatrantzou.com
  • Complete the returns paperwork and include it in your package.
  • Our shipping team will issue a return label and will email instructions to book the return pick up and all required paperwork for your parcel.
  • All our returns are collected at your doorstep by our courier services.
  • Please note returns not handled by us will not be accepted.
Our return policy

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (shoe boxes, dust bags etc.) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
  • Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.

If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges directly and recommend customers arrange a return and refund for their original purchase and re-purchase replacement items directly on the site.

Refunds

We endeavour to assess and accept refunds within 3 business days of their arrival to our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed. Please note that payment may take up to 10 business days to be received and that we are only able to process refunds to the original card of purchase.

Your refund will be processed minus any original shipping and return charges.

As the responsibility for any customs or import duties and taxes lies with the customer, marykatrantzou.com is unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. If you deny delivery of the package, duties and taxes payments will not be refunded. We recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.
